I've had such a great experience every time I visit. Susan is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and always makes sure my nails look perfect before I leave. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. The manager Tammy has also created a wonderful salon with a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent customer service. Everything is spotless, relaxing, and professional. It's easy to see why this place has such a great reputation. I highly recommend Venetian Nail Spa and especially Susan!
First, I want to say that the service was great. But the polish part of the pedicure was terrible, it was cracking and flaking off on the first day. I went back to have them fixed and this polish is even worse than the last. I’m not sure if the polish is rancid or what but it’s bubbling up under the clear coat. If you’re looking for a quality pedicure, go elsewhere. Very upsetting because I went with a group and we collectively spent lots of $$.
