This place is whack. They charge ridiculous prices for mediocre work. My very thin acrylic nails that they did for an insane price broke within a week and when I went to go get them fixed, they tried to charge me to fix them whereas my normal nail salon does not (which is the right thing to do). My 55$ pedicure was about 20 mins and my boyfriend’s about 15 mins.. she did a horrible job shaping my toes to the point where a week later it’s still red and sore. Just to be clear it is not my husband posting, using his for convenience. I had a mani pedi shellac there on Jan 23. The girls at the front were so pushy, they insisted I have the hot wax special. Like a fool I allowed myself to be persuaded. It was the worst experience ever, they justvwantgto get it done in record time, hardly give you time to look at the colour chart, they do mot speak English and do a lot of chit chat among themselves. The staff are very kind, and the new facility is stunning. I got a gel manicure, and the gel nails looked very nice, however there wasn't much of a manicure done. They didn't even push the cuticles back before starting, which resulted in my nails already looking grown out right after they were done. Also, the lady doing my friends nails literally handed her the hand lotion to put on herself once they were done doing her nails, when typically you get a quick hand massage or something. I was admitted in this salon. Their prices are 30% above average. I paid 105$ for a refill with no design. The service is rushed and impersonated. Will never go back there. It looks nice but service is really bad.
