Customer service needs serious improvement. No proper communication and no accountability. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.bad service total secm!
Paid $105 for my nails…. Paid $10 per nail to get them fixed…. Which works out to be more money then just taking them all off urself and getting a full new set which makes no sense, manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and argumentative. All my nails r lifting already and it’s only been 2 weeks now, Iv actually had 2 of them come off without even damaging my nails. Very disappointed with the service. The staff was unprofessional and did not address my concerns properly. I felt rushed and ignored. Definitely not the experience I was expecting bad service!
Subpar Service pushy, up cost , not a relax environment Take note they charge 3% service charge and only give you 18 and 20% options to tip there aare better businesses out there will not return

I went in specifically to de-stress after a hard week, but the staff managed to make my stress much worse.
