Excellent customer service. Becky was very helpful.
First time coming in and my experience is very good. Kathy did my nails and she really took the time and did my acrylic nails so pretty. As well as Toan, very friendly and funny. He's the one who does my moms nails. Very nice people here and their drinks (strawberry matcha and vanilla ice latte) are so good. Worth going here and bonus its inside polo park which is close by to our place. Will definitely come back!

I have had a very poor experience at Venetian Spa in the Kildonan Mall but more so with the manager who decided to dismiss my issue! I went in for a regular pedicure ( a booked appointment) and was made to feel very rushed as it was busy and in being rushed, I was cut pretty bad where the bleeding was not stopping! I paid with Credit Card and was told I don’t get the rate that I was quoted because that was for cash only!
