EDIT TO RESPOND TO OWNER: As I said in my review, none of what you said is accurate. A request was not made to change the colour after the fact, I asked for it to be removed because it looked horrible with the short nails. I mentioned that I did not like the length many times during the service and it was ignored. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Venetian Nail Spa - Winnipeg Group located in Kildonan Place. Upon entering the salon, customers are instructed to remove their shoes and wear the store’s plastic slide sandals. While I find this policy unusual, my daughter and I have continued to support this business over the years despite their high pricing. Stay away from this place at all cost. They were utterly disrespectful. Especially the girl in charge she let my friend walk home with no shoes after her shoes got stolen at their shoe station which they have no safe space to keep our shoes they’re just out in the open for anyone walking by could just take they say leave your shoes there they don’t let you take them with you The Person in charge said they would check the cameras after they got home cause it was on her laptop convenient. and she started raising her voice at m... read more
