Lisa was amazing, my first time there and was treated well.
It was disgraceful that they don’t provide washroom facilities for their customers.
The employee welcoming you in was very pleasant but told me that my daughter wouldn't be able to have her pedicure at the same time as me if I got shellac and she got regular polish, maybe it's a timing thing or something but it seemed a bit strange to me that we wouldn't be able to go at the same time just for different types of polish? I did end up upgrading her, which is no big deal because at least the shellac will last her a lot longer. The two working on our nails were very kind and treated us very nicely.
