Sona is very professional and on point. She did a fantastic job. Thank you. The place is clean and classy. Didn't have to wait either. They have alot of nail technicians.
Lily was so rude today. She grabbed the wrong color even though I told her several times that was the wrong color even as she did it but “IT WAS FINE”. She also grabbed my phone out my hand to I guess to tell me to switch hands. Do not grab personal property out of someone’s hand. Also when I left my nail was scuffed up. This is my place it is where I go! Usually I’m with Sonia. I will be back but in all my years this is the first bad review I gave them.
I got a basic pedicure 3 days later toe nail paint chipped. I called spoke to Ashley she said come in will fix it free of charge. I come in a guy is at the front, I choose another color bc I didn’t want the same thing happening. He didn’t mention anything about charging me $15 for change of color. He wasn’t sorry for wasting my time and money to fix crappy service. He was concerned about me tipping the tech instead, I had no problem in doing that but I still had to pay for the nail polish change I pointed that out he got ups... read more
