Bad experience, they tried to rush my appointment because they were under staffed and because it was a basic manicure, didn’t file them properly and left them all jagged looking and rough around the edges. Not recommended. A middle schooler would do a better job.
I have had nothing but a great experience every single time I have gone there. My daughter and I go every single month to get fills, each time we have had different nail techs and they all have done a fabulous job! Everyone is super nice, the place is super clean, and it is relaxing!!
They are quick and efficient. Did a great job on my gel nails!
My nail tech is Jhanna; my nails turned out extraordinary. She is a true perfectionist—from the hard gel application and filing to the precise color application. She is so friendly—10 out of 10. Without a doubt, this is the best nail salon in Batavia
