I have been going here for over 5 years and used the same 2 techs for mani/pedi. For some unknown reason, my calendar did not retain my upcoming appointment. The Spa used to text a reminder of upcoming appointments but no longer. Unfortunately, I missed my appointment,(1st time ever). I got the rudest text from my nail technician, berating me for not calling, after I apologized, and telling me to "pay attention." That is totally unacceptable behavior and they lost a loyal client. This salon has been the best nail salon I've ever gone to for several years now. The quality of work, the friendliness of the entire staff, the cleanliness of the salon is unmatched. Judy has done my nails for a few years and she is so sweet and her artistry is always very evident. My nails gets so many compliments from strangers, co-workers and friends.
