6 of us went as part of a birthday party. They were able to get us all in at the same time and in the same area.
Don’t waste your money here. Unless you have been a regular here with one of the techs that are always booked up, you’ll end up with a rude tech that does HORRIBLE work. They give newbies or people that haven’t got a regular tech to the rude staff that does walk-ins & bad work.
I arrived to this nail salon at approx 3pm. They have an odd system where you grab a paper, write your requested service(s), pick your color and sit without talking to the hostess (I’m not used to not talking to the hostess-but that’s their process, so I followed along.) I waited about 15 min before being taken to the chair. The pedicure tub wrap was not set into the tub in a way that I could put my feet in while I waited, so I sat sideways until I was acknowledged. Got my nails, toes, eyebrows done today and i am very happy with all the above!
Probably one of the worst pedicures I've had in a while...and it's been a while. First, I walked in and no one was at the desk. Apparently, the regulars know what to do when they come in...I did not. I followed another lady to the bar where you fill out a sheet of paper for the services you want. The technician I had gave me the drink I didn't ask for and he cut my nails way too short and the shape is all over the place. I can feel my skin where he clipped them too close.
