Purchased condo sight unseen in February and moved here from Iowa for year round living. I'm a 60 yr old single woman, & my 32 year old daughter stays with me part time for now. I LOVE my condo & the entire community is beautiful & well maintained with nice amenities, especially the large resort style pool that's kept at a perfect temp & is crystal clear. Large gated community. Very well maintained. The pools are warm, clean and the large pool is family friendly. Clean streets, property is well groomed.

Beautiful sought after secure gated community well maintained with mateur landscaping . A little paradise. Low HOA The Residents are very friendly and welcoming. The volunteers and staff that work there are more than helpful and always busy keeping it lovely . Venetia has Lovely maintained gym in the clubhouse ,tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce ball, basketball, shuffleball with a beautiful clubhouse a resort style pool that feels as if your at a solice retreat in a tropical italy .
