I want to start by saying I really like my vet, Gwen Graham. She is very down to earth and great with all of my pets. If she alone had a google rating from me it would be 5 stars+. However, a few of the front desk staff has caused me to leave a low rated review. I’ve called on two separate occasions to set up an urgent visit and was given a time to come in, only to find out later that no such visit was even scheduled nor noted. I was at this clinic for several years with several incidents I stayed because it’s so hard to find a vet but god forbid there staff be held accountable for there errors. My dog had a severe flea infection and they admitted they knew several customers had made complaints but they are greedy and lied to customers. This place is out for money not the animals. Overcharge and take no accountability expect to wait over a hour and the worst care. Good riddance Veneta
Constantly over charge. Sell flea meds that they know have had issues not working but refrain from telling the people buying it that. They girls in the front always have an attitude and act like they’re better than you meanwhile they make 20 an hour lol… or the doctors will get mad when you decide to not do a certain treatment even though they make it clear it’s up to us. Extremely disappointed with these people! I took my dog here to get treatment for a skin infection. They checked him sent us home with antibiotics. They also charged me $80 for flea medicine without asking me. The skin condition cleared up but came back a month later. I called them, told them the condition was back and asked if I could get the medicine again without bringing him back in. (He's a rescue dog and is terrified of other dogs and people).
