I have been seeing Dr. Beckman since 2018 and without her I am certain that my life would be miserable. Dr. Beckman, and her staff, are always very courteous, friendly, professional, communicative, and helpful. I never feel like a stranger when I visit the office - even if it's been a year since my last appointment! If you looking for a top-notch, caring, TRULY good person and fantastic gastroenterologist, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Vanessa Beckman at DHAT in Frisco, Texas!!
She’s very loving, caring and gets to the cause of your health issue. She takes time with you. It’s very obvious she cares about her patients and loves what she does.
Dr Beckman was easy to talk to at the initial consult, although she never did any hands on exam. At the recommended procedure, she informed my partner that there was no problem and it was all in my head. When asked about follow up care, she said to return in 3 months and left with no attempt at a solution or plan.

We moved about 50 miles north after having an established gastro doctor in our prior location. We took a chance on Dr. Beckman, and couldn't be more pleased. She is so thorough and helpful. She takes the time to listen. Her staff is reflective of her, and is helpful and friendly.
Dr. Beckman is very warm and friendly. Her opinion about my medical condition is clear and concise. She provides answers to all my questions that are important to me.
Was just there for yearly checkup. She is very friendly and takes enough time to hear any concerns or questions you have. Thumbs up for this lady!
The process of getting a colonoscopy was fast and easy. Dr. Beckman explained the whole process before being wheeled back to the procedure room. Just a short time later I was waking up in the recovery room. She came in and explained the findings. That was it. My spouse was very surprised at how fast everything went.
