Absolute worst experience I have ever had with any medical provider. My 13 year old is sick, coughing and running a fever. PA Joan Venerosa, who was the only provider available, must be the coldest, rudest and nastiest woman I have ever met. She first told me that my daughter only had a cold, and that she did not need medication as it never develops into bronchitis or pneumonia.
