Horrible experience yesterday. Stephanie did not speak, no colour consultation as advised at front desk. Colour applied very rough and with a brush that felt like metal ends. Still have scratches and welts on forehead day after. She also left dye all across skin on forehead and face during the 35 minute wait time. Then girl washing hair had trouble getting it off - said that it was on my neck and shirt too. No salon does that ever. Highlights do not go right to the roots, looks like a grown out colour. If I could give more stars, I absolutely would! I love my hair every single time I leave this salon and always get so many compliments. Sydney is amazing at bringing my vision to life and puts so much care into her work—especially making sure my hair stays healthy and damage free ❤️
