I came in for full highlights, paid so much and the results was not what I expected. So disappointing
I had great experience with cutting, and highlights but I did a very expensive treatment called Cezanne that cost me 450 dollars with absolutely no effect, nothing has changed. My hair is still frizzy and takes long time to style. I'm disappointed
I visited this salon for a toning service and was told a bang trim would be complimentary. However, once I arrived, I was pressured into additional services—first suggesting refreshed highlights, then repeatedly pushing a trim. I declined multiple times, but after being assured it was "just a trim," not a full hair cut, I agreed, thinking it would be minimal cost. I've been a Venere client for 8+ years and specifically Anna. I cheated ONCE and regretted it! I don't fuss or have to give instructions, I finally gave in and told Anna its time to accept the Grey and work it into the program and she seamlessly changed up our "usual" plan. Now I don't get a stripe of Grey roots poking through after 2 weeks I can go 6 weeks between touch ups - very lifestyle friendly!
Adana is amazing! Highly recommend her for her skill and personality!
