The only decent thing about living in this building is the polite front desk team. Management has no issue keeping your deposit when you move out, with no documentation or explanation and ofcourse they get directions from board members. The history of the building matches the vibe of the people who run it.
I would have nvr signed my lease if I’d have known the man jumped to his death in center vestibule when bldg first open, the bldg already is famous for the terrible tragedy many yrs ago, you will fall I.Lives soon as you enter bldg period, for management to leave us guessing on which of the 2 Apartments where one a homicide and secondly the murder ( yes we all know which Aot that is, you cannot help but think at times if it happened hear there etc or why is my cat acting strange? I’ve only met nice ppl and manager is great!
