Never again will I purchase through vending concepts. The experience was so awful, we filed a complaint with the BBB to ensure others should be weary. Our “thoroughly tested” machine that cost over 6k, started breaking down 5-6weeks after delivery. When you ask for them to fix it, they send you a slew of you tubes videos and tell you to try 50 million things before simply sending someone out as we asked! In November 2022, I entered a purchase contract agreement with Vending Concepts, for purchase of a refurbished Dixie Narco BevMax 4 vending machine from Vending Concepts ($6,243.00), which includes payment of $150.00 extra to have the refurbished machine cleaned and detailed to a Grade "A-excellent" condition. Ordered used Snack Vending Machine, extremely Dirty but worked ok. ( understand the Machine was used and I Cleaned it well. ) . Still working- should recover this investment soon.. But, the Cold Drink Machine I Ordered the Compressor failed within One Week - Still under Warranty, and Warranty is Not being Honored from V.Concepts. I liked this company and Paid for a Replacement Compressor Myself, assuming some reimbursement . Ha Ha. ( running great now). I bought 3 machines and all 3 didn't work when I contacted them they send me the parts to fix it myself

I purchased a machine and it arrived damaged. They told me it is only cosmetic damage. The machine I purchased was the different that the photo I was shown. The door does not seal well and i was told a replacement would be sent. It never arrived and they stopped communicating. Bill collector only accepts $1. I was told it accepts $1 and $5. With a lot of machines for sale, I would recommend to go elsewhere and try a company that is more trustworthy.
