My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. My teeth cleaning felt very rushed. I was disappointed that they didn't take the time to clean my teeth thoroughly. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. I just got an "I'm better than you feeling from her and her staff."
