Kylie is the best!
I got a perm here and I wanted to wavy curly and I followed all the rules and my hair went straight the next day I paid $120 for this and it’s horrible I waisted my money for this it took two hours I feel like at the end when they put the product on she rushed me and did t leave the product in long enough she o it left it in for 15 minutes which I don’t think was long enough and my hair fell straight the same day I got the perm they didn’t even dry my hair to see if it turned out right they just sent me away after I paid I j... read more
I try to never post a bad review but this haircut needs a review. My stylist Stacey botched my hair so bad I can't fix it. I had hair at my shoulders I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She started to cut and when she was done my hair is so short it wont even hold a clip. I am so upset with this all I can do is wait for it to grow out. I will never go back to this saloon ever again.
So disappointed to have been treated in such a rude and condescending manner by the person that answered the phone. Very negative and unprofessional atmosphere on the staff side. Especially Paige Barton.
