The man knows what he's doing
I tried to order a piece of custom tempered glass (specialized and needing outsourced by the company), a small order compared to what they might deal with, but I have been very disappointed. I struggled to receive details on the glass before I ordered, and struggled to receive updates. I finally verified all the details of what I wanted to order, and was told two weeks (one week if I was really lucky). I also told them I was willing to pay for expedited delivery if possible.
