I am a doctor my self and I would never neglect my patient for refill if my patient moved out of state and it has only been couple of months. Especially if the patient is completely out of refill and has not found a doctor in the new state. I was her patient for a while and really could not find another doctor right away and was comple out of my medication. She refused to fill or give me refills and never really even called me back.
