Honestly I’m disappointed leaving the screenshots of the communications I went ahead and disputed with the bank I just wanted my hair done lol the very least I wanted was a response mind you the fist time of communication was 11:40 PM! Very unprofessional this business is not what it used to be

I had one of the most unprofessional and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a salon. I recently visited Velvis Doll for some braiding, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. From the moment I stepped in, I felt a lack of professionalism. I had an appointment at 9 AM, but I was told to come in at 2 PM instead due to scheduling issues. This was incredibly inconvenient and threw off my entire day.
