Shelley is wonderful! She really takes the time to understand your experience and is very gentle throughout the process. If you’re very body aware then the experience is very tangible. I experienced relaxation much more deeply than a traditional massage would yield, which feels like “the root” of the pain is being addressed. I will definitely be returning for more sessions!
A wonderful experience with Shelley! I felt instantly relaxed as I walked in to her beautiful treatment room that was tastefully decorated. Not just beautiful but informative. The heated massage bed was so relaxing and she was so professional and clean. Can’t wait to continue treatment and improve my body and health.

The vibe is so relaxing, and calming you have to try and not fall asleep. After the first session I felt way better and the sensation of happiness was overwhelming. 3 sessions later the inflammation and tenderness, in my elbow, is gone.
