I have been going to Shelly for a while now and she is always professional and very knowledgeable. I was having trouble with my knee and she was able to assist me in getting back to where it needs to be. Recently have had a shoulder issue which she is helping with at this time. The Therapy is very gentle and relaxing , I would highly recommend to anyone with pain .
Shelley is wonderful! She really takes the time to understand your experience and is very gentle throughout the process. If you’re very body aware then the experience is very tangible. I experienced relaxation much more deeply than a traditional massage would yield, which feels like “the root” of the pain is being addressed. I will definitely be returning for more sessions!
A wonderful experience with Shelley! I felt instantly relaxed as I walked in to her beautiful treatment room that was tastefully decorated. Not just beautiful but informative. The heated massage bed was so relaxing and she was so professional and clean. Can’t wait to continue treatment and improve my body and health.
