I had plantar fasciitis for two years and had tried everything! As a very active 63 year old, I was at my wits end when I went to Shelley. As a career nurse, she gave me confidence that she could help me with this new (to me) treatment. Within a few sessions, my foot felt better! And after a few months I was pain free!
