Manager is always so friendly, place is always clean and the food is always so good. I'm a local chef and I love this place.
Haven’t been to velvet taco in a long time, but when I get there, it still feels like home. AJ, the person that works to register should be the manager honestly in my opinion he does his job very well. He’s always assisting,helping and being very courteous to others, especially when your daughter begs for a Slice of red velvet cake. DISORGANIZED STAFF, I have never met a group more incompetent than the people working at 9pm on 10/23. NOT ONLY did they give me the wrong order, they had the gaul to tell me I was wrong IN PERSON, but also after I called. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
