Exceptional service, both in their customer service and their plumbers. Booking a schedule was relatively simple; their customer service was enthusiastic and thoughtful of my inquiry. I needed a kitchen faucet repair, so I called for their aid. They were really punctual and started with the repairs promptly. They did the job proficiently in a small amount of time. I greatly recommend this company and its plumbers.

Velvet Plumbing San Jose was very consistent with its customer service and prices. They were always responsive to all of my concerns. I hired them again today for the needed water line repair, and they did a great job. Their plumber was very expert and proficient, quickly completing the service at a very affordable price.
