The Velvet loft is a hidden gem of a hair salon downtown. Penny is my stylist and she does a great job. I have long hair with layers and very specific requests. I came in with a very bad haircut from another salon and although it took time she was able to fix my hair. She is also very reasonably priced. Recommend!
Best hair salon and stylist in Redding, California for color and cuts. Also amazing mosaic art gallery and hand made jewelry.
