Wonderful!
I had a wonderful experience at Velvet Files this morning. Everything is clean, there are ZERO chemical smells and their soaks and scrubs are organic and natural. Bryann was excellent! She was meticulous and very mindful of my sensitive cuticles. Lovely energy and will be back to see her again. Also, their selection of gel colors is unbelievable! Highly recommend this place.
Clean, quiet, and a little spa-like. They are one-in-a-million in that they do not destroy your nails if you use gel with their gentler removal techniques. Though I would love just a touch more personalized customer service as a regular and at their price point, I still think they are the best nail place in town.
Loved it! The staff was great, super sweet. Rylee was great and made my experience wonderful! I love that they are as non toxic as possible!
