I brought my dog in and Ellie did an amazing job! He had never been groomed before, and he absolutely loved it. She took such great care and bonded with him in the short time they were together. I would trust no one else with my dog!
My rescue dog (42 days together and counting �) was so relaxed and calm after his first grooming at velvet bow! They were so sweet to him, and he showed them his sweetheart side too! We will be back monthly to work on his nail filling! Thank you guys for taking care of my shy, timid little guy!

Let me say that everything about this place is awesome. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My mom recently passed away and I was caring for her 3 yorkies. I have tried other places but most of them did not listen on how we wanted the dogs groomed and botched the cut. The staff here listens and cut the dogs beautifully. When I picked the dogs up they looked beautiful and smelled wonderful! I don't know what they used on the coats but the hair was silky:). My dogs look terrific and smell fabulous. The groomers, Amanda and Ellie, are passionate about grooming pets. Clearly, my dogs enjoyed themselves (both are attention hogs).
I was quoted One Price come back to get my dog and they made me pay an additional fee cuz they said they couldn't handle him now he was warned that my dog was a rescue and didn't like people and they said oh that's fine then they threaten to call the cops on me because I don't want to pay the people do not take your dogs here they don't know what they're doing because even after all that my dog looks horrible

I was so cautious taking my Duke for grooming since he is a sassy pants and hasn’t had much exposure to other dogs. The staff was friendly and patient with him! They let him get settled and calm before grooming him. When I came to pick him up he was so handsome and happy! I would definitely recommend Velvet Bow to anyone with a fur baby
