Called at 4:20Pm to ask for a hand wash. Rudely said the shop is closed and hung up. No how are you nothing, no explanation. The audacity to hang up on a potential customer is absurd. I get it, if you don’t want to do a job you can say hey sorry not available today, and be polite as you are providing a service. Definitely needs to learn some basic etiquette. I would not recommend him to anyone.
Got the rotten egg smell out of my car and didn’t question the odour and make me sad, mason is the best
The best in town, ive brought several of my vehicles here and mason always goes above and beyond my expectations. Very friendly service and nice quiet shop location, Velvet Auto cant be beat!

My son told me to try this place out, he had shown me some before and after pics on Instagram and it looked pretty good. I was impressed with the fact that Mason was able to make my schedule work for him I had dropped off two cars to detail one complete and one interior shampoo, both cars had been completely neglected from the past winter and what was returned to me was done to showroom shine. what Mason did in a day would have taken me an entire weekend .
