I have had such a wonderful experience at the new Velux Dental location in Syracuse! When you first walk in the office is absolutely beautiful and modern. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful each time I’ve been in, and Janelle the dental hygienist is amazing! I have sensitive gums and she always makes sure that I have a pain-free and comfortable experiemce. Her and the dentist who did my filling were both so kind and efficient at their jobs. I do not recommend Velux Dental based on my experience over the past several months. I have been a patient since August and have consistently dealt with poor communication, lack of preparation, and disappointing clinical outcomes. I also expressed sensitivity to epinephrine, which I did not feel was taken seriously. I initially had a fractured tooth with no pain or sensitivity. The dentist and the staff were so nice and understanding about my mouth pain. I am so great full that I gave them a call. Thanks you guys for helping me out will be recommending you guys to everyone I know.
Great experience from the time that I scheduled the appointment. The staff is kind and they did a great job with my cleaning. Would definitely recommend. The facility is very clean.
I always get anxiety before going to the dentist and everytime I go they make me feel comfortable. I haven't had any pain during any procedure. They are upfront and very kind.
