Fantastic company and very well made products. We’ve added Solar Tubes to both of our homes and absolutely love the improvement they’ve made in every way. Highly recommend Velux.
Their Solar Powered Fresh Air Skylights are supposed to close automatically during rain - they DO NOT WORK reliably. Ours stayed open during a heavy rain after months of little to no rain. I had mine installed by a Velux certified installer - they had to reinstall them due to improper flashing at install - after the reinstall the acoustic sensors did not work consistently and there is no fault tolerance, notification of failure or follow up between Velux supplying parts and installer unless you get a rep involved - so you do... read more

The purchased order went swiftly, we had our factory Solar blind skylight in hand in 3 days, and the skylight installed within 7 days of our initial contact with our customer.
