Owner (or the girl I spoke to, Monica or whatever it was) has no sense of customer service, very dishonest and the flowers are cheaply crafted. Overall experience has me flabbergasted. What was meant to be a gift for a celebration had to be replaced by another boutique within the city with tremendous customer service. Shout out to fleurs coming to the rescue!
