How involved they are in helping you make the right decisions for your new home
Outstanding experience in selecting and customizing a floor plan that met our needs. Top quality materials and craftsmanship. Super energy efficient. And we went through the entire construction process without even being in Las Cruces. It was a great experience with a great outcome. We love our Veloz home!
We moved into our new home September 2016. Everyone we dealt with on the Veloz team, Jason and Julia Lorenz, Wendy, Timmy and Steve were great! They did all they could to make building our first home a great experience. We also want to thank Jason and Julia for making sure that all our warranty issues were taken care of. Thank you Jason for personally coming to look at what needed to be done. Your personal attention meant a lot to us�!
We still are in the "building process" with few months to go - but so far it's a "5 stars" for sure!

Visited the model home three times in Diamond Springs - first two times we were promised information we requested and never received by the same sales person, third time talked to different sales person and finally got the info we were asking for. Probably will not be dealing with this builder.
