Does not work with you well if one of their clients is at fault. They aren’t paying for the damages like they should. They are very rude on the phone. Worst insurance experience I have ever had.
A person carrying this insurance hit my daughter. Because of the business practices of this company, my daughter is paying up front for a rental, and they will reimburse less than the cost of the rental. In my opinion, this is a SUB standard company (They describe themselves as nonstandard). Basically, they allow you to drive in Georgia barely legal. The women on the phone that talked to my wife was very hateful to her this afternoon. It is regretful that these business practices are legal.
Velox in Rome was VERY helpful with a quote and getting us signed up for insurance after we moved here from Ohio. Both ladies were very friendly and Jessica was more than willing to go out of her way to make sure we got the best deal and signed up as quick as possible. Thanks again!
Velox insurance company is a scam do not use it I've been waiting to resolve a claim for 3 months, they use black hawk claim adjusters who never answers the phone or call you back, when they do answer no one knows anything other than put you through to someone else who never answer the phone this company shouldn't be allowed to do business nowhere on the planet the insurance company itself they will answer the phone if they think you want too get ins through them people please don't allow these people to do you like I'm gett... read more
