no sure what happened to this company but they have no customer service...literally no way to contact them. Found there email and phone elsewhere, called and emailed multiple times, and never received a response. I am assuming they are out of business?

Don't respond to customer service inquiries for $1,000+ products. Pretty shoddy.
I bought the 5000$ subwoofer!!! Was very happy the way its look and sounds... not for a long. Its broke just after factory waranty of 2 years. We have just one horobal autorise service provider in Georgia- Norman electronics. Spend 800$ for the first time- amplifaier vent off. Waited 5 weeks until they got parts from the factory. Spend another 900$ next year for the speaker replacement. Waited 2.5 month for parts and labor. Now another year... and its broke again. Make terrible noise.
