Had to make a couple of visits here; all three were smooth and extremely enjoyable. Lu is (no pun intended as his name is Luis), by far one of the most passionate bike shop owner, mechanic, cyclist, and person I've ever met. The owner Luis is an honest dude who cares about his customers. Set up an appointment with him for a Sunday to check out my bike. I was met with a friendly face who was 100% honest with me about the condition of my bike and the repairs needed. He didn't do a thing without asking me if it was okay beforehand. In the past year I've visited so many bike shops I've lost count but Velodramatic is the first one where I was treated with respect and wasn't met with a snobby attitude.
