Ordering online is a joke. Don’t even get me started on shipping. And there people skills need some serious work just plain rude
wish i would've read the reviews before buying. this place was the only one that had a part i needed but should've gone to ebay. so i placed an order online. and payed triple the amount for faster shipping considering my car needs said part to run. and it didn't show up till the next week from when it was supposed to which was amount normal shipping. so i contacted customer service asking if i could even get a partial refund for shipping because it showed up wayyyy later and i payed significantly more. i know they cant fully... read more
HardRace-Ordered 2 times. Ordered Feb and I understand it is pre order. And was told it will be shipped end of march. But now it is 31 march if I did not email to ask an update. I wouldnt have known that niw my order will be delayed for another month. Crazy
Great guys to deal with. Overall a good experience.
