Took my son there on Saturday, 4th of July. Has absolutely wonderful experience. Check in was quick and efficient. Doctor and nurses were professional and attentive. Doctor even faxed the prescription to the pharmacy, saving me time. Very pleased with their services.
Can I put no stars? Absolutely Terrible. Never go here. I came her looking for a walk in place to diagnose me and got the worst care and experience I've ever gotten. First everyone was very rude especially the receptionists. I don't know why there was the need for attitude? Second, when I politely disagreed with the nurse pratcitioner about the letter I asked for to give to my school she didn't care to change it and ended yelling at me indirectly as soon as she slammed the door while i was in the room. Quite unprofressional & far less informative than my pharmacist. Admitting staff ok at 1st walking in. Not openly rude. Just rushed thru formalities of ins/pay'ment then before you know it, you are cattle! Prev docs (retired) had exp & caliber. Myself & family have been patients for over 6 yrs. The "physician" was more impersonal, condescending & inept as I've ever encountered. Waste of time & $!
