We are in the midst of moving and after having worked all day, called and placed a carryout order this evening. We picked up the order and got home only to realize that the order was incorrect— no big deal, we’re all humans and mistakes happen. We called the restaurant and were told to order the correct item through DoorDash and the restaurant would refund us for the new order on their end. Velocity (breaded) wings that they focus on and highlight on their menu are disgusting! Everyone that had them today after I brought them home decided they were made much earlier and then warmed up and sold to us today. I will never order them again. No way.
Poor service (really no service) after waiting more then 20 minutes at our table.

While we are deeply sorry that you did not receive the service that we would have hoped, we are operating at low levels of staff as we begin to come out of the quarantine. No excuse- just the facts.
