Too slow. I wich they could be faster attending customers. They take forever to attend you.
Problem resolved in couple days , but price still over height.
Truck had an oil drain plug failure after 3000 miles after oil had been changed at their place. 2024 Truck 280k miles on it. We tried to reach their management to gather more info in such cases. They always either in a meeting or they will tlell they will call later that day. One week passed 5 times called, no call back. This is a poor managed place. Freightliner shall investigate this place; no wonder their rating is so low. BE CAUTIOUS !!!! OR BETTER AVOID !!!
