My second time visiting. My first time was a pleasant experience so I decided to return. I had to advocate myself otherwise I was dismissed by the NP. I heard every diagnosis of almost every patient. The intake does not let you privately discuss why you are there. While the nurse taking my blood pressure was nice, my blood pressure was taken incorrectly. I do not recommend this place, it is too bad
You seriously have to be your own advocate when it comes to your health!! I was experiencing leg and hip pain to the point where I could barely walk and it was extremely painful to do so. I finally forced myself to get to Urgent Care to be seen so I could get some answers as to what was going on. I barely had to wait which was good, my blood pressure & oxygen levels were taken and then a Nurse Practitioner came in to see me. I visited velocity urgent care today due to a sudden illness of my kids, and I was incredibly impressed with the level of service they received. The check-in process was swift, and they were seen by a doctor within minutes. The facility was clean, and the staff was exceptionally professional and friendly. The doctor took the time to listen to all of their symptoms and thoroughly explained the treatment plan.
