I arrived at 9:41 AM and as of 11:14 AM, I was still waiting with no sign of being seen. The lack of urgency was palpable. When I politely inquired about the long wait, the staff was rude, unapologetic, and showed no sincerity. I understand and appreciate the services provided by healthcare workers, but the dismissive attitude and extended wait time were unacceptable. Great facility if you enjoy an adversarial and contentious interaction with your doctor. I've given them a number of chances but have finally decided to stop coming here. The facility is typically dirty with bugs and trash. For some reason they refuse to hire an x-ray technician despite having a fully functional x-ray machine for years now. Doctors refuse to prescribe antibiotics without an argument so if you need real help get ready to fight. I presented to the clinic after testing positive for COVID-19 on a home test prior to arrival. Despite already having a confirmed result, the clinical team insisted that I undergo repeat testing for COVID-19, as well as testing for strep throat and influenza. Although I did not believe these additional tests were necessary based on my symptoms and history, I consented to them. My second time visiting. My first time was a pleasant experience so I decided to return. I had to advocate myself otherwise I was dismissed by the NP. I heard every diagnosis of almost every patient. The intake does not let you privately discuss why you are there. While the nurse taking my blood pressure was nice, my blood pressure was taken incorrectly.
