Easy to get appt, friendly staff.Mary at Front desk kind and professional, when i told her i was a vet 50% regarding copay she simply said it would settled with billing. Second time seeing NP Ashley, she's great so is Kayla and rest of staff. They all deserve raises, must be a great office manager there
I’m from out of town and needed urgent care. When I arrived here @ 11:50 or so the black lady at the front desk was rude. She made me feel very uncomfortable after observing how she treated other patience that came in. I don’t have insurance and had to pay $155 just to walk in the door. The doctor prescribed me 3 prescriptions as of 5:11pm 8/1/25 my pharmacy still has not received them. Easy to get appt, friendly staff. NP Ashley was great as well as rest of staff.
Not the best place. Some of the employees are very rude. Talking about other patient’s personal business in the lobby, and then gossiping about them behind then door; unfortunately, the entire waiting room could hear, including the patient. Came in with questions, none got answered. Was told a HORRIBLE possible diagnosis casually and with no real evidence as to why or what’s going on.
