Never go to this location! They never have X-ray personnel on staff. If you are going for a check for RSV, don’t go to this location either. Staff that answers the phone are very rude instead of being understanding.
10/27 They close at 8. I got there at 7:25 & the receptionist says, we can't take any more walk ins. I say it's 7:30 & I can't be seen. Response "we're not taking any walk ins, the doctor has patients in the back already. That was very disappointing experience. Now I have to drive 30 minutes to another urgent care in VB and I'm in OV...hopefully I can make it without having to pull over to throw up. UPDATE: all the urgent cares close at 8 so I'll have to wait until tmrw morning.
Fantastic front of the house staff and medical assistants; however, my experience with PA Jeffrey Padgett was extremely unpleasant. He was dismissive of my concerns and did not have a professional bedside manner. I am seeking a second opinion elsewhere for a health concern that has been ongoing for a few weeks now and was not, in my opinion, appropriate addressed by the provider here.
