As a busy pharmacist and mother, it is easy to forget that sometimes I need healthcare too. I went to Velocity Urgent Care and experienced a thorough work up and breathing treatment. I was in and out quickly with minimal paperwork. I left feeling much better. I highly recommend Dr. John and his clinic staff.
First off i do not gave a family physician right now. So i went there twice in two weeks not feeling well was told the first time I had the flu the second time was told seasonal allergies. Went to a different place a week later and found out I had walking pneumonia. If you don't need a band aid don't go.
Went to the Southington clinic, not happy with the service. Barbara examined me, she never introduced herself with her title and had no identification as to who she was. She spoke to me in a condescing manner and did not treat my symptoms appropriately. As a healthcare provider myself, I will not be returning there nor will I recommend the facility.
