I don't lIke dealerships/shops in general,,bc of exactly this situation i had with these people,,not even gonna get into details bc ill be here for a month,,like if the issue wasn't bad enough now he/they left grease all over..,,here are the pics...(SMH)...!!
My husband and I had to bring our tractor in at the West Carolina Freightliner in Hildebran, NC to see if they could get refrigerator fixed. But while we waited, we went to the drivers lounge AND OMG!! It’s GREAT!! We absolutely love that you all allow us to bring our fur babies in AND you all have kennels to let them stay in along with food and water bowls. Thank you for thinking about our babies!!
A hidden gem! Nestled in the mountains of Hickory NC. Absolutely top notch service. These guys helped me to start my trucking business. I'll never forget the way they treated me, especially Mr. Moore. Thank you Sir. Your kindness will not be forgotten. From sales to service to parts. Thanks Dylan in service. You guys set the mark!
In my 40 yrs of driving I have never been fond of dealerships. That was until now. This place was awesome from start to finish. Service writer was incredible. Honest, friendly, funny etc. They got me in fast and the mechanic was awesome. I can't possibly say enough good things about my visit. I would highly recommend them to anybody I know. And I will surely be back.
The Service Dept at Velocity Truck Centers, Hickory NC is second to none! They were so easy to work with and always took my calls to see how the process was on our motorhome. Everyone from, Lisa in the Service Office, Keith at the Service Desk are great people to have on your side! Brad, the Tech who worked on our motorhome, was there to answer any questions that I had and was pleasing to talk with. A BIG THANK YOU to everyone involved! My wife and I have found a new home to service our Coach! You ALL are the best!
