Today I went to buy some parts for my truck and a man named Briant treated me in the rudest way. He threw boxes at me, threw the warehouse doors, and had an extremely disrespectful attitude. This had never happened to me before. If you are Hispanic, go to another seller. I will go and speak to the manager soon because as customers we gain respect.
Extra damage when they returned my truck, the Espar bunk- heater not working, mudflap ripped off, they took all of my lens wipes from my cab, and the truck barely started. There were a bunch of extra miles on the truck. Probably, test driving it and riding it rough, then weren’t paying attention and ripped the mudflap off. Great service, had part i needed, quick getting it. Only con is no parking for trucks at parts department.
We went there on Jan 31st to get parts, and we usually go there few times a day and we used to have good experience. However last Saturday we went there and each time we had to wait way too long. Then after 2pm I had to go to Charlotte to pick up another part from Velocity. We would advise to avoid Velocity in Greensboro on Saturdays. This place use to be much better.
