1 star for the service. Took two complete days to change my NOx sensor and to put on my gas cap not sure how long that takes for a 2016 fraightlinerbut felt like a long time . 2 stars for the drivers' lounge. They have 3 recliners, which are nice, but they either don't carry real sugar for the coffee, only Stevia. I didn't ask anyone, so maybe they do. 1 star for the price. Outstanding service and expertise! I had aftertreatment issues with my 2020 Cascadia that I had been trying to solve on my own with the help of other mechanics for six days—without success. The team here found the problem within just a couple of hours. Their knowledge and efficiency really impressed me, and the customer service was truly top-notch. Highly recommend!
Very expensive, will take advantage of u if you have no knowledge of the issue your have. I waited a whole week to get my truck repair (very cost). If u ever have to get king pins repair i suggest don't go to them. Service was nice but didn't do their job properly. Im still waiting on diagnostic report that I was charged for. I will never go back to this place r recommend anyone.
