I had an extremely disappointing experience with Velocity Truck Center. I brought my truck in on Monday for a simple alignment and was quoted $350. On Tuesday, they emailed me saying everything looked good and there would be no issues completing the alignment. By Wednesday, they said the truck was finished—but when I arrived, the bill was suddenly $1,000.
