took these guys four days to get a freightliner tech there to work on our truck. idk why they didnt get him there sooner, but on the 4th day the freightliner rep figured out what it was. they couldn't get the part until the next day. so now we're out the shop not even 200 miles away and truck is kicking same codes on the brand new part they just replaced
RecommendedI am very pleased with the service provided here. From the service writer to the tech doing the work, it was nice coming to a professionally run establishment. I finally found a Freightliner service place for my motorhome.

All I can say is I miss Big T’s! Never have been treated so terrible by service manager Yaneli Saldivar and service advisor Sandra Salazar! They are completely rude. I had been bringing my truck her for 15 plus years! I’m done! I have more wrong with it then before I brought it in!Going to a nice Freightliner dealership.
Terrible experience. NO customer service. Very rude. Brought the truck in multiple times with me having to go back to get everything re fixed!!
