Rented a house in Alamo Ranch, with this company, for 5 years with a perfect payment history and they still tried to evict me. Took them to court and I won the case with a free college lawyer from St Mary's. Don't like to talk bad about anyone or anything behind their backs but the owner was a piece of work. Stay vigilant everyone!
If I could rate them zero I would. I don’t even know where to begin. If you rent with this company proceed with caution! I would steer clear away. But if you do, definitely make sure you request an initial walk through and walkthrough when you move out. These guys are awesome. They managed my property for almost a decade until I decided to sell. Everything was always taken care of and they had great communication even when I was not in the state.
If I could grant more than 5 Stars I would. Brad and Sabrina are impeccable in service with this industry. They provide realistic feedback and are incredibly easy to deal with. I wish I could put all my properties under them! If I own more property in San Antonio, I'll definitely be giving them a call.
