I lived in 45-57 Davis St for a year and had two critical issues: - Velocity cannot handle their billing system. At different points, I was charged twice for one month and they continued trying to pull rent through my bank account information in their portal AFTER my lease ended and I had moved out. - Your sensitive data is not secure with Velocity. When I went in to remove my information after being charged post-move-out, I could see the information relating to the new tenant's identity and rent payments.
It's the people that live in here are naturally and dirty. They still had a shelter mentality. It's not the build or the staff workers.
I currently live at 45-57 Davies and this is literally the worst management ever. Constantly lies about doorman, amenities, and when things will be fixed. do not EVER rent from these idiots notice all the positive reviews come from a similar profile?
This company is the absolutely worst. Their leasing agent Sarah Kay is especially awful.
