The WORST MANAGEMENT YOU COULD GO BY THE APARTMENTS ARE FREEZING MY CHILD WAS HOSPITALIZED FOR A MONTH FOR GETTING EXTREMELY SICK FROM THE COLD. they’re trying to charge me extra for everything, there’s is only two cleaners in the building, the amenities aren’t even done but they want you to pay for it. The apartments were rushed and cheaply done. YOUR WALLS ARE LITERALLY SHEET ROCK SO THEY CAN GET MESSED UP AND CHARGE YOU FOR IT.
Poorly managed building with constant issues. The elevator is frequently broken, often daily. There is a club in the same building. Basement is always dirty, smelly, and poorly ventilated. Subway noise is extremely loud and disruptive, even inside the apartment. There is no doorman or proper security, and homeless individuals often enter the building. Electricity bills are unusually higher than other building. Pet rules are not enforced—dogs are off leash, and dog urine and feces are left in common areas. Not recommended.
Horrible experience with this building and management. Paying so much rent but we can’t even get security or doorman. People walk in and out of the building as they please. So many criminal incidents happened where the cops had to be called. I and my wife literally had to call 911 because we got in the elevator with someone who was choking and he said he had been poisoned. A random and unexplained power outage made us unable to work. Avoid this building and management at all costs!!!
Great management company with good customer service! I had a good experience with my Move in process. Looking forward to living here!
