As a property management firm, they make it clear they do not care about their tenants. The staff are the only ones who care and their overworked because of it. There have been issues they've made clear by their inaction that they have no plan of resolving. Their laundry machines are not for commercial use, so they constantly break down and it's on the residents to report and hope they work next time. You guys are charging me for air conditioner that’s not even on for me , it’s controlled by you guys amd it won’t turn on , not once I used the air conditioner and yall are charging me for it , im keeping all this on file because I should not be being charged for it and I never used it , I also spoke to Denise about it she said she will get back to me all now nothing , I even been calling Denise and all ext. back no nothing
