I have called and called to talk to Frank. But no one answers and they are never in the office. I left several voicemails but NO call bank. Very shady operation.

I was completely disappointed with the customer service, the young lady i spoke to Nikia sat and laughed with one of her colleagues using provocative language from the background. I called back several times to speak with a manager which i was denied Everytime.
