Worked with Eric Blazek on a new Genesis GV70 and it was a genuinely good experience. I came in with a lot of specific questions about the vehicle and Eric chased down real answers instead of guessing, including pulling the VIN warranty report when I asked for it. He was straightforward with me on details that a lot of salespeople would have glossed over, and he stayed responsive over several days while my wife and I worked through the decision. We are extremely disappointed with our experience purchasing a used BMW X5 from Jaguar Land Rover Honolulu. We are a military family stationed here in Hawaii, and within the first 90 days of purchasing this vehicle, we were faced with thousands of dollars in unexpected repairs. My husband and I went to look for a used car for me. We met a wonderful representative, Girlie. She is extremely friendly, cute, and excellent customer service skills.
